It has been a real pleasure to work with Hillside Foods for a number of years on the development of the Selfridges Selection brand. Hillside Foods have created a number of standout products for us from savoury nibbles to an award-winning lemon curd. I am impressed by the quality of what I’ve seen from Hillside Foods. I particularly like their range of savoury biscuits and fruit pastes which are of a standard that will enhance any cheeseboard and add interest due to the unusual flavour combinations. Unique and extraordinarily delicious, I love Hillside Foods’ Celery Pickle.
